Manufacturer's Warranty
All products sold — including home appliances, mobile phones, laptops, printers, and accessories — are warranted for a period defined by the respective manufacturers with respect to defects in material and workmanship.
Our Warranty Position
Oxygen the Digital Shop does not independently provide any warranty on products sold. We do not hold out any warranty beyond that of the respective product manufacturer. We are not responsible for any defective, deficient, or otherwise unsatisfactory products.
How to Claim Warranty
• All warranty claims, repairs, or replacements must be raised directly at the manufacturer's authorized service centre.
• We will not entertain any claims for defective or unsatisfactory products on behalf of the manufacturer.
• Physical damage caused by handling of the product is not covered under any warranty.
Jurisdiction
All terms and conditions of Oxygen the Digital Shop, including this Warranty Policy, are subject to Kottayam jurisdiction.
