Delivery Overview
At Oxygen the Digital Shop, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read this policy carefully to understand our delivery process and your responsibilities.
Delivery Timelines
• Orders will be delivered within a maximum of 3-5 working days from the date of order placement, unless otherwise specified.
• A confirmation call will be made once the order has been accepted.
• If the product is not available in the nearest store to your pin code, delivery time may be extended. We will ensure delivery at the earliest possible time.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders within selected locations inside kerala.
Customer Responsibilities
• It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address with contact number and pin code at the time of placing your order.
• In case an incorrect address or pin code causes a hazard or delay in delivery, you will be liable to compensate for any additional expenses incurred.
• Proof of identification may be requested by our delivery team or courier agency at the time of delivery. Failure to provide the same may result in cancellation of the order.
• For gift deliveries, the customer who placed the order online must provide their proof of identification.
Product Eligibility for Exchange
Only unused and boxed products are eligible for exchange and unboxing video is required in the case of an incorrect delivery or logistics error. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be considered for exchange on these grounds.

Online special prices and offers are valid exclusively for online customers and are not applicable at branch stores. Branch prices may vary.
